Young Farmers hold April meeting

Emanuel County Young Farmers held their monthly meeting Tuesday, April 15 at the Farm Bureau Building. Some twenty people enjoyed a delicious meal and a time of business afterwards. Marvin Peachy and Mike Gajdos from Cleanfix Reversable Fans presented an interesting program, This fan provides high performance cleaning for dirty radiators and reduces costly shutdown while increasing cooling performance.

Current officers for this agriculture organization includes John Moore, President; Mace Henry, Vice-present; John Torpy, Secretary; Joey Hood, Treasurer, and William Nasworthy, Public Relations. Marvin Kersey is the Young Farmer Advisor.

The Young Farmers meet once a month with a program of interest to their needs and the advancement of agriculture. Anyone interested in agriculture is invited to be a member and can contact the Emanuel County Farm Bureau office for more information.
