Sheriff's Report Emanuel County Sheriff's deputies reported: April 27 A man driving on Hwy 192 North reported hitting a deer. April 28 An Old Blundale Rd., Midville, woman reported that she received a counterfeit $10 bill. A Buck Corbin Rd., Oak Park man reported that someone took parts from his 1952 military Jeep. A Thrift Dr. man reported that the suspect, who was identified, took a saw from his residence without his permission. A Sonic employee reported he was making a night deposit and three black males came out from some bushes and demanded the money bag. April 29 A Swainsboro Recycling employee reported that an unknown subject broke into the scale house and attempted to gain entry to the Coke machine, as well as took a pair of bolt cutters and an ax. An Emanuel Peanut & Grain employee reported that someone took a tractor truck. A woman driving on Mt. Olivett Church Rd. reported hitting a deer. A MLK Ave. woman reported that the suspect, a roommate of hers, took her vehicle from her workplace without her permission. April 30 A Kemp Rd. woman reported that the suspects, who were identified, came to her residence after being told not to. A woman driving on Hwy 56 N. reported hitting a deer. An Oak Lawn Dr. man reported suspects, who were identified, taking items from the location. A Quick Rd. man reported the suspect, who was identified, taking off a load of aluminum without his permission. A Green Spence Rd., Midville man reported that unknown suspects entered the property and took several items. Roberto Rene DeLeon, 21, of 146 Buckwill Dr., Swainsboro was arrested for failure to stop at stop sign, driving while unlicensed, no insurance and no tag. A Swainsboro woman reported that she was driving with the suspect, who was identified, in her vehicle and he started choking her. May 1 A man driving on Herndon Rd. reported hitting a deer. A Statesboro Coca Cola Company employee reported that someone entered the scale house of Swainsboro Industrial Recycling and tore out the change box on a Coca Cola machine. AHarmon Rd. woman reported that the suspect, who was identified, keeps calling her phone harrassing her. AGeorgia Power employee reported that unknown suspects entered the bucket truck's toolboxes and took several items. Items were also removed from the fencedin premesis.. May 2 A woman driving on Bird Flanders Rd. reported hitting a deer. A Food Chief employee reported that someone drove up and pumped $35.06 in gas and drove off without paying. A Harry Hadden Trailer Park resident reported that someone entered her home while she was at work and took 25 Hispanic movies, 10 Hispanic music CDs, and $12 in quarters. A Wadley Coleman Lake Rd. woman reported that someone broke into her room at her aunt's house and took her entire collection of handmade ornaments. Bonnie Pullens, 31 or South 2nd St. in Stillmore, was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction of an officer. May 3 A woman driving on US #1 N reported hitting a deer. A J.M. Spearman Rd. woman reported that people were supposed to pick up their stuff from her house but no one came. A Moreland woman reported that her daughter was using her truck and had parked it and when she returned, the toolbox was damaged. A Redbud Ave. man reported that the suspect, who was identified, threatened to hurt him. A Corinth Church Rd. man reported that some teenagers were drinking alcohol on his property. Deputy responded to a medical call at Hadden's Trailer Park. May 4 A Keas Old Mill Pond Rd. woman reported that someone was fishing in her pond. A Capers Phillips Rd., Lyons woman reported that her bulldog keeps getting in fights with her niece's bulldog, which she does not keep leashed. A man driving on Hwy 297 reported hitting a deer. A Lamb's Bridge Rd. man reported being bitten and scratched by a dog. An Old McLeod Bridge Rd. woman reported that her boyfriend came into her room and started arguing with her and then hit her.
