Sheriff's Report Emanuel County Sheriff's deputies reported: April 4 A Hwy 23, Twin City man reported that unknown suspects entered onto his property and removed welding leads. April 6 A McKenzie Dr. woman reported that both parties were drinking and got into an argument which turned into a physical altercation. April 7 A Lake Ohoopee Dr., Nunez man reported that unknown suspects cut the screen to gain entry to his screened back porch. Food was taken from his freezer and lid was left open, ruining the other food. Tyrone Carswell, 31; P.O. Box 1999, Swainsboro was arrested for VGCSA possession of crack cocaine. A man driving on Hwy 56 N reported hitting a deer. A vehicle was towed from a location on Hwy 1 in Oak Park. A Bishop Chapel Rd. woman reported that the suspect, who was identified, along with another man, took an item from her property without her permission. A man driving on Hwy 56 N reported hitting a deer. A Hwy 319, Bartow woman reported that she let her ex-boyfriend take her car to put gas in it and he never returned the vehicle. April 8 APlantation Dr. man reported that an unknown suspect wrote fifteen or more checks on a closed account. April 9 Deputies responded to a vehicle fire on McGarrah Mill Pond Rd. A Griffin Ferry Rd., Twin City man reported that someone broke into his house and took several items. A Meadow Rd. man reported that he went to move his father's pickup truck (with his permission) and his father became violent. April 10 A Reba Dr. woman reported that a pack of dogs came into her yard 2 weeks ago and bit her while she was feeding her cats. A Condor Rd. woman called the Sheriff's Office about a vehicle parked in the driveway for several days. April 11 A man driving on Tammy Dr. reported hitting a deer. A M&F Trailer Park man reported that someone had taken a box of tools out of his trailer. A Henley Proctor Rd. man reported that the suspect, who was identified, threatened him and is working his son and not paying him. A Barwick Kea Rd. woman reported that her family was moving in and when they left to get a load of belongings, someone entered the house and took a PlayStation 2. April 12 A Calhoun St., Soperton man was removed from the racetrack after throwing a hamburger and coke over the crowd in front of him and cursing at a lady.
