One cited for trash ordinance violation

Minthia Sapp of Garfield was cited by Code Enforcement Marshal Matt Braswell on March 5, 2008 for garbage found on the roadside and garbage bags found floating in a creek. She was ordered to appear on April 10 at the Magistrate Court and was fined $200.
