Horace "Nick" DeLoach, 52

Funeral for Horace "Nick" DeLoach, 52 was held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday April 5, 2008 at The Greater St. James Baptist Church in Swainsboro with the Elder Delmus Mosley officiating and Rev. Bennie Brinson presiding. Interment followed at Jones Cemetery. Mr. De- Loach died Friday March 28, 2008 at MCG after a brief illness.

He was born Oct. 29,1955 to the late Remer and Alberta Edwards De- Loach. He was educated in the Emanuel County School System. He served in the U.S. Navy and later moved to Miami, Fla. After his mother's death, Mr. DeLoach moved back to Swainsboro. He was a certified contractor and loved being a mechanic in his spare time. He is survived by two daughters, Daserie Glinton of Turks Islands, and Tiffany DeLoach of KY, a son, Makylan A. Bush of Swainsboro, and three grandsons. Two brothers Eugene Jones Jr., of Green Community and Endmond DeLoach of Miami, Fla. Three sisters, Louise N. Pugh of Prineton, Fla, Viola D. Cooper of Miami, Fla. and Veda D. DeLoach of Swainsboro and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Pallbearers were Patrick (Checo) DeLoach, Robert Jones, Mike Jordan, Jerome Bynes, Charles Phillips and Greg Waters. Floral Attendants were family and friends.

Mosley's funeral Home of Swainsboro had charge of arrangements.
