Dillard charged in 2003 murder

DILLARD
According to Emanuel County Sheriff J. Tyson Stephens, Leonard Dillard, 42, of the Cross-Green Community has been charged with the June 2003 Murder of Verdell Moore. Stephens stated that he secured the warrant and that Dillard was officially served with the warrant on Friday, March 31, 2008, at the Jefferson County Jail where he is currently being held facing additional murder charges there.
