Twin City News:
Flowers placed in local churches for Easter
By BETTY TURNER Area Correspondent

Last Friday James Turner of Hephzibah, along with some of his children, Donald and Sherry of Florida and David and Debra Ussery of Hephzibah, went fishing in the Turner Pond. They had a really good time with John and Betty Turner and Charlene Oglesby.

The flowers placed in the Twin City First Baptist Church were dedicated to the glory of God. Easter lilies were on the cross and after the service they were given to people who are unable to get out and about.

The beautiful Easter lilies placed in the United Methodist Church for Easter were by the church families.

Last weekend Belinda Boatright and daughter, Crystal Jones, spent some time with Belinda's daughter, Jami Scott, and girls, Jerica and Janni, in Rincon. They enjoyed being together even though the weather was bad.

Hope everybody had a good Easter this year.

Correction from last week. The dinner after the funeral of, Bradus Parham, was held at Johnny Fulford's home. My apology for spelling the name wrong.
