Signing with Appalachian State

Chad Turner, senior offensive lineman at Emanuel County Institute, recently signed a Letter of Intent to play football at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. His parents Ronnie and Connie Turner, his brother Clint, and coaches Dewayne Tabor and Milan Turner were present for the signing.
