      Emanuel County Sheriff's deputies reported: Feb. 4 AMartin Rd., Twin City woman reported someone broke into her business and stole cash and checks. A woman driving on Hwy. 80 E. reported hitting a deer. A Plum Tree Lane man reported someone stole over $500 in items from his property.

GSP reports 17 traffic accidents in January
      Georgia State Patrol at Swainsboro investigated 17 traffic accidents in Emanuel County during February. These accidents resulted in 18 injuries and one death. Sgt. First Class J.L. Brewer said troopers from Post 19 also issued 235 traffic citations in the county for the month.
