Local events! There are many events happening in Emanuel County this month and we hope you will all plant to attend at least a few of these functions. To name just a few: Art Stroll is slated this Saturday, Feb. 9, with local and out-of-town artists featured in downtown Swainsboro. There's Parent Night scheduled at Swainsboro High School on Feb. 12. The popular "Dancing with the Stars" will be held at Swainsboro-Emanuel County Auditorium on Friday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m. Franklin Memorial Library is planning a Teen Chocolate Party on Feb. 12. Adrian Friendship Club is also meeting Feb. 12. Plus, don't forget Valentine's Day on Feb. 14! It's a busy month, folks, so get out there and participate in your community events! You won't be disappointed.
