Police Report

Due to the Martin Luther King Day public holiday, the following is an abbreviated report. A complete report will be printed next week.

Jan. 14

A Ralph Smith Place man reported that his dog went missing and someone told him the suspect, who was identified, had the dog. When he went to talk to the offender, they argued and the offender pulled a gun on him.

An Adrian man reported that someone keyed his vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot.

An E. Pine St. woman reported that several items were stolen from her apartment.

Jan. 15

A guest at the Budget Inn reported that, while he was asleep in his room, someone threw a chain at his door and called him derogatory names.

A Jacks Java Cove employee reported the suspect, who was identified, entered the store and removed an afghan from table and left without paying.

A Wadley Coleman Lake Rd., Midville woman reported that the suspect, who was identified, followed her to Burger King and started an argument with her.

A Jones Ave. man reported that someone stole several items from his classroom at Swainsboro Tech.

Jan. 16

A Gumlog Rd. woman reported that someone entered her vehicle and took her pocketbook.

An Industrial Way man reported that he misplaced his wallet or it was stolen.

A S. Main Easy Stop employee reported that someone pumped $13 of gas and drove off without paying.

A Howarth Dr. woman reported her vehicle was broken into and several items were missing.

A guest of the Sunset Inn reported the suspect, who was identified, assaulted her.

A Happiness Dr. man reported three demons were tying to get into his house through the roof, three white dogs that no one could see but him were stolen, and he saw a brown horse in his front yard.

An Andy's employee reported an incident of shoplifting.

A Stillmore woman reported that several people came near her apartment making noise and smoking drugs and when she goes outside, they all run, but come back.

A Lakeside Dr. woman reported her ex-boyfriend jumped on her and damaged her cell phone and side door to her home.
