Bonds to speak at prayer breakfast Bill Bonds, a member of the Emanuel County Institute coaching staff, will be devotional speaker at the annual Community Prayer Breakfast at Swainsboro Middle School Auditorium on Saturday, Jan. 19 at 8 a.m. This is a yearly event for community pastors, ministers and lay persons who come together to pray for the community, schools, businesses and governments.
