Santa Claus will be in Swainsboro this week! Santa Claus will be busy this week because he will be in two places in Swainsboro! On Thursday, Dec. 6, Santa will be visiting The Boneyard at 6 p.m. Children may have their photographs made with Santa and money raised will go towards local families in need. On Saturday, Dec. 8, Santa will be flying into Swainsboro at Swainsboro-Emanuel County Airport on Kite Road at about 10 or 10:30 a.m. The City of Swainsboro and Emanuel County Commission are furnishing hot dogs, drinks and candy for the kids. A "rain date" will be held the following Saturday, weather permitting.
