Robert Gordon (Pete) Hudson, 52 STILLMORE--Funeral for Robert Gordon (Pete) Hudson, 52, was held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2007 in the chapel of Morgan Family Funeral Home. Burial was in Sunlight Cemetery. He died Saturday Dec. 1, 2007. A native of Emanuel County, Mr. Hudson was a lifelong resident of Stillmore. He was the Department Manager of Radiology at Candler County Hospital where he was employed for over 30 years and loved being involved in the Stillmore Community and serving in the volunteer fire department. He enjoyed working in his shop but his love was his time spent with his wife of 29 years Donna, and his daughter, Mandy. He was preceded in death by his parents, J. F. And Marjorie Nell Daughtry Hudson Survivors include his wife, Donna Sikes Hudson; daughter, Mandy Hudson; sister and brother in-law, Becky (Emmett) Warren; and brother, Paul Hudson, all of Stillmore. In lieu of flowers remembrances can be made to Candler County Hospital Authority or American Cancer Society. Morgan Family Funeral Home of Metter had charge of arrangements.
