Sallie Wicker Canady, 69
Mrs. Canady was born in Columbia, S.C., and was retired from East Georgia College. She was a member of the Monday Night Bridge Club and the First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bennie Malcolm and Lucile Brinson Wicker Holt. Survivors include a daughter, Melissa Canady of Swainsboro; a son and daughter-in-law, Lee and Teresa Canady of Swainsboro; two grandsons, Ben and Zack Canady. Pallbearers were Evans Hooks, Jerry Hooks, James Brinson Hughes, Denny Key, Jeff Overstreet, Gene Ragsdale, Bill Rogers, Jr. and Bobby Sasser.
