Sheriff's Report Emanuel County Sheriff's deputies reported the following cases: Oct. 23 Awoman driving on Lambs Bridge Rd. reported hitting a deer. Oct. 26 A woman driving on Hwy. 1 S. reported hitting a deer. A Hwy. 80 woman reported a man, who was identified, is harassing her for $200 so he can buy drugs. Deputy reported an abandoned vehicle on Hwy. 86. Oct. 27 A Miller Dr., Swainsboro woman reported a man, whom she identified, continues to trespass on her property. Oct. 28 Deputy reported receiving a false report of a crime from Summertown. Suspect was angry with his ex-wife and reported she was firing shots out of her vehicle. Deputy found no gun. A Hwy. 80 E. man reported his landlord told him he could not let his friend stay at the trailer. Victim said suspect threatened him with a baseball bat. A Hwy. 57 E. man reported after he canceled his ex-wife's cell phone account, she returned the phone in pieces. A man driving on Quick Rd. reported hitting a deer. Oct. 29 A Robin Rd. man reported his estranged wife threw a glass at him and struck him. A man driving on Hereford Farm Rd. reported hitting a deer. Employee at Swainsboro Supply reported a suspicious vehicle parked in front of the building. A Lewis Rd. woman reported she loaned her nephew a TV/VCR combo and the nephew reported the item was stolen. Oct. 30 A N. Old Reidsville Rd. woman reported someone stole her mail from her mailbox. A Fairground Rd., Swainsboro man reported a man, who was identified, stole his gun and traded it for drugs. A Swainsboro Crest woman reported a man, who was identified, threatened her. An Overstreet Rd., Swainsboro man reported a trespasser on his property. Oct. 31 A woman who was picking up her children in Swainsboro to go trick-or-treating reported her ex-husband hit her on her arm. Mark Brian Lawson, 51, 1207 Hampton Ave., Greenville, S.C. was arrested at I-16 for public drunk. Suspect was trying to stop traffic. A McLeod Bridge Rd. man reported someone had broken his front door. Nov. 1 A Summer St., Swainsboro woman reported a man, who was identified, stole her air conditioner. A Bartow woman reported someone in Swainsboro has used her credit card fraudulently. A Kemp Rd. woman reported her husband attacked her after she confronted him about his alcohol consumption and dalliances with other women. Employee at Stillmore poultry reported someone stole a service truck. A deputy and investigator reported they were walking around in the Food Basket store when they found one bag containing 28 grams of marijuana and seven bags containing what they believe to be three grams of cocaine each. Nov. 2 AS. Hall St., Adrian woman reported a trespasser. A Hawhammock Church Rd. woman reported a man, who was identified, threatened her. Victim also said her stepson chased her with a baseball bat. A Hendley Proctor Rd., Garfield man reported a man, who was identified, threatened him. Nov. 3 A Hwy. 192 S., Summertown man reported his ex-girlfriend stole his TV and some pots and pans. A Dandelion St., Swainsboro woman reported an unoccupied residence was on fire. A Pinetucky Rd., Swainsboro man reported someone has poisoned several of his dogs. Nov. 4 A Kemp Rd. man reported his house caught on fire.
