Presenting military awards The Emanuel Rangers Chapter #2318 of the United Daughters of the Confederacy will present eight Military Service Awards to descendants of Confederate soldiers and sailors Saturday, Nov. 10. These awards will be bestowed during the Veterans' celebration which begins at 10:30 a.m. in the George L. Smith Room of Franklin Memorial Library.
