Listening Session
Brandon Reese and Lauren Wilkes of Georgia Chamber of Commerce fielded numerous questions from Emanuel County residents Thursday, Nov. 1 at the Listening Session sponsored by Swainsboro-Emanuel County Chamber of Commerce. More than 50 people attended the meeting at the Chamber Annex. Reese and Wilkes responded to questions related to indigent health care, tax reform, water resources, health insurance and education. These Listening Sessions are a key ingredient in the Georgia Chamber's grassroots lobbying effort to get local communities involved in keeping Georgia a pro-business environment.
