Loretta Fields Brown, 71 SWAINSBORO--Funeral for Loretta Fields Brown, 71, was held Sunday, Oct. 28, 2007 at 3 p.m. in Peebles-Curry Memorial Chapel with Dr. Robert Blankenship officiating. Burial was in Swainsboro City Cemetery. She died Friday, Oct. 26, 2007, at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon after an extended illness. Mrs. Brown was a native of Emanuel County, a homemaker and a Baptist. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and was preceded in death by her parents, Garland and Laneve Warren Fields. Survivors include her husband, Richard Brown of Swainsboro; four sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Sandy Stone of Crawford; Gary and Laura Stone of Millbrook, Ala.; Dr. Randy Brown and Lisa of Macon; and Rusty and Gina Brown of Swainsboro; a sister, Jane Andrade of Santa Monica, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
