The program at the library will be held on Sunday, Nov. 11 at 3 p.m. Noted speaker will be Roddy Rich, local son, who is a Retired Rear Admiral of the Navy. All veterans will be special guests. If the veteran can still fit into his or her military uniform, he or she is asked to wear it with distinction.
