Spook-O-Ree!
Swainsboro Cub Scout Pack 75 joined other cub scouts from the Georgia-Carolina Council at the annual Spook-O-Ree recently. The scouts and their families camped Friday night and Saturday night. During the day on Saturday, the boys participated in activities such as Archery, BB Shooting, Bowling, Soccer, and Arts & Crafts. Saturday evening, the boys and their siblings put on their Halloween costumes and went Trickor Treating at each campsite. After that they had a big campfire with the other packs complete with skits and songs, and then went through a haunted house, a haunted maze, a haunted trail and had fun at a mini-carnival. The Pack also won first place in the campsite decoration contest, with emphasis placed on the traditional scout entrance. Leaders attending were Donna Bellamy, Brian and Ann Rogers, Christal Stotler and Dustin Romig.
