11th annual Memorial Golf tournament slated Sheriff J. Tyson Stephens has announced the 11th annual Bill Drew/ Herrington Homestead Memorial Golf Tournament on Monday, Oct. 29. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. then tee-off is at 12:30 p.m. Teams will consist of 4 people and there is a limit of 25 teams. Entry fee is $50 per player and mulligans cost $5 each (limit 2). There are going to be raffles, prizes, and a longest drive contest. Applications can be picked up at the following locations; Swainsboro Golf and Country Club, Emanuel Co. Sheriffs Office, and Herrington Homestead. Entries are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
