Arts Emanuel 2007 Congratulations to all volunteers that helped to put on the 2007 Arts Emanuel Festival. This growing event once again surpassed all expectations and provided art enthusiasts with a wide variety hands-on experience right here in Swainsboro. "Something for everyone" might be a good theme for next years' festival. From the young at heart to the very young, organizers have done an outstanding job of making this a marquee event in our area. Congratulations, and we can't wait until next year.
