Emanuel County Sheriff's deputies reported the following cases:

Sept. 26

Charlie T. Coxwell, 18, 260 Fairground Rd., Swainsboro, was arrested for financial transaction card theft.

Sept. 29

A Phillip St., Swainsboro man reported he lost his cell phone.

Sept. 30

A Green Spence Rd., Midville woman reported she lost her cell phone.

Oct. 1

A Pinetucky Rd., Swainsboro woman reported two youths, who were identified, were trespassing on her property. Both suspects are already on probation for a prior incident involving the victim.

A SW Railroad Ave., Lyons woman reported someone damaged her mailbox.

A New Life Rd., Swainsboro man reported his roommate stole $720 from him.

Oct. 2

A Norristown-Covena Rd. man reported someone entered his barn and stole $1,000 in electrical wiring.

A man driving on Lambs Bridge Rd. reported hitting a deer.

An umpire at Cox Field in Twin City reported a man, who was identified, deliberately threw a softball at him. Victim used abusive language at defendant. Both victim and defendant were ejected from the game.

Oct. 3

A Prosperity Dr. woman reported someone stole her digital camera and a deer stand.

A member of the Dixie Youth League reported damage was done to the buildings and signs.

A Hwy. 1 S. man reported someone stole his toolbox from his truck.

A Flint Lake Rd., Kite man reported his fatherin law got rid of all his clothes from his residence.

A man driving on Hwy. 56 N. reported hitting a deer.

A S. 3rd St., Stillmore woman reported a man, who was identified, took her phone and punched her.A

woman driving on U.S. Hwy. 1 reported hitting a deer.

Employee of Emanuel County Road Dept. reported two motor graders on Hwy. 56 N. were damaged.

Oct. 4

A woman driving on U.S. 1 N. reported hitting a deer.

A man driving on Hwy. 23 N. reported hitting a deer.

A Redbud man reported someone stole two handguns.

A Rackettown Rd., Lyons woman reported two of her tenants, whom she identified, left without paying their rent.

A Park St., Twin City man reported his billfold was stolen in Atlanta and his information was used to file an income tax return for 2005.

A Scuffletown Rd., Garfield man reported his ex-wife obtained a credit card in his name.

Employee at Craft's Country Store in Dellwood reported someone broke the glass in the front door.

A juvenile female at Swainsboro High School reported someone has been vandalizing her vehicle.

Oct. 5

A Lambs Bridge Rd. man reported his tenant stole his battery charger.

A woman who owns property on Buckeye Rd. reported a man, who was identified, stole two utility trailers.

A man driving on Hwy. 56 reported hitting a deer.

An Old Wadley Rd. woman reported her vehicle tag was missing.

Oct. 6

Deputy reported a Vidalia woman was hit by a moving vehicle on Fairground Rd. Suspect fled the scene. Incident is under investigation.

Deputy reported an abandoned vehicle on Hwy. 1. S. Bypass.

A Hwy. 46 man reported a woman, who was identified, was inside his apartment without permission.
