Rhonella 'Nell' Scott Cullars MILLEDGEVILLE--Funeral for Rhonella "Nell" Scott Cullars was held Sunday, Sept. 30, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Blundale Baptist Church with Rev. Jamie Archer and Rev. Paul Curry officiating. Burial was in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Dellwood. She died Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2007. Mrs. Cullars was born in Emanuel County and was the wife of the late James DeWitt Cullars.. She and her husband owned and operated the Sears Store in Louisville for 15 years. She was a member of Blundale Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, James Glenn Cullars (Joyce) of Milledgeville; a daughter, Debra C. Sifford (Tom) of Indianapolis, Ind.; a sister, Pauline Scott Covenah of Rincon; six grandchildren, Kassi Cullars Mottley (Dan); Cary Cullars, Kimi Cullars Clements (John), Kyle Cullars (Debbie), Rhett Sifford and Reid Sifford; and 18 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were grandsons. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Blundale Baptist Church. Tomlinson Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
