Police Report Due to the Labor Day Holiday, the following report is abbreviated. A complete report will appear next week. Police logs for the week: Aug. 27 ALongview Dr. man reported a woman, who was identified, keeps following and harassing him. The offender pushed the man and tore his shirt. Offender also stole his cell phone but fled the scene before officers arrived. A Gumlog Rd. woman reported a woman, who was identified, took her ring and refused to give it back. A Pinetucky Rd. man reported he lost his cell phone at Wal-Mart. A Harmon Rd. woman reported someone entered her vehicle and took her car keys, cell phone and $10 dollars in cash. AW. Moring St. man reported someone stole two leaf blowers from his car port. AW. Moring St. woman reported someone attempted to enter her vehicle. There were scratches on the drivers side door and the window molding was bent out of shape. AW. Moring St. man reported someone entered his vehicle and stole his wallet. A W. Main St. man reported someone came onto his property and stole two electric golf carts, a leaf blower, and $150 dollars in coins. A N. Racetrack St. man reported someone came onto his property during the night and stole his CD player and cell phone out of his vehicle. The offender also stole his 4-wheeler but the 4-wheeler was later recovered in the woods. Aug. 28 An officer was dispatched to W. Church St. in response to a false allegation of a crime. An Easy Stop employee reported a man, who was identified, pumped $10.89 in gasoline and claimed to have the wrong credit card. Offender promised to return to pay but has yet to do so. A woman that parked in the Dollar General parking lot reported someone entered her vehicle and stole pain medications, various CD's, and $50 dollars. A Curtis St. woman reported a woman, who was identified, got into an argument with her and called her derogatory racial names. An E. Pine St. woman reported a man, who was identified, came to her residence demanding to be let in and when she refused, started constantly calling her cell phone. A Recovery Center employee reported a patient was brought in that was dead. Aug. 29 AWare's BBQ employee reported two unknown males, busted the drivethru window and stole $70 dollars worth of change. An E. Pine St. woman reported a woman, who was identified, keeps calling and harassing her. A Kite woman reported someone entered her vehicle and stole her purse. The purse was later located by an officer and most of the contents were still inside except her cell phone and $180 in cash. A Kite man reported he was jumped on and hit on his head, back, and arms by a man, who was identified. A Kilpatrick St. man reported a woman, who was identified, has his cell phone and refuses to return it. A woman that lives at New Swainsboro Inn reported a man, who was identified, slapped her and hit her in the face. The offender then tried to choke her and also grabbed her by the arms. AW. Church St. woman reported someone put nails directly behind her vehicle on purpose. A Wal-Mart employee reported a woman, who was identified, kept trying to exchange an item without the proper ID. Officers told the offender never to return to Wal-Mart. Aug. 30 A Domino's Pizza employee reported a man, who was not identified, stole a pizza from him that he was trying to deliver. The offender also stole the pizza warm bag. An E. Pine St. woman reported a man, who was identified, came over to her house demanding his cell phone and when she asked him to leave, he dragged her out of the house. The offender put her in the back seat of his vehicle. She said the offender was hitting her and she was kicking him when she made his vehicle run off the road. Officers were dispatched to the Time Saver on Central St. in response to a call about a public drunk.
