Stroud. Ward 2: Henry Cleve Edenfield. Ward 5: John E. Parker. Candidates qualifying for the City of Twin City: Mayor: Gene Baker, George E. Coleman, Jimmy Greenway. Ward 1:, John William Turner. Ward 2: Artie Fields, Tommy Wilkerson. "Please note that this list is unofficial and incomplete until certified by the Emanuel County Office of Elections and Registration in conjunction with the City of Swainsboro and the City of Twin City," said Jeb Cameron, director of Elections.
