Sealed Proposals will be received
by The City of Stillmore Mayor in the
City Hall Council Meeting Room at

The work to be bid consists of
furnishing all materials, labor and
equipment for the Construction of:

All Proposals shall be accompanied
by a Bid Bond in favor of The
Mayor and Council of the City of Stillmore
in the amount of at least five
percent (5%) of the Bid for the complete

damages if the Bidder fails to
execute the Contract and provide
Performance Bond, Payment Bond

one-half percent (2%) retainage".
