Good riddance!

Swainsboro Police Chief Johnny Shuman relished the first opportunity to knock down the old police department on Monday, July 23. The building, which has been in disrepair for years, is being torn down this week. The new, but temporary, facilities are located on South Main Street next to Goody's Shopping Center.
