Miss Olliff, Mr. Montford announce engagement
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Jack Bowen of Metter and the late Mr. Bowen and Mr. and Mrs. Jim Frank Olliff, also of Metter. She is a graduate of David Emanuel Academy in Stillmore and received a bachelor of science degree in early childhood education from the University of Georgia. She is employed as a kindergarten teacher with the Bibb County School District. The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Sims, Frances Sims, all of Macon, Laura Mathis of Eastman and the late Herman Mathis and the late L.D. Montford. The godson of Lavern and Ervin Stokes of Macon, he is a graduate of Windsor Academy in Macon and attended Kennesaw State University. He is employed with G & K Services in Macon. The couple is planning a small destination wedding for late September.
