You are hereby notified that the above styled action seeking to terminate your parental rights and place custody of the above named child with the Georgia Department of Human Resources, acting through the Emanuel County Department of Family and Children Services, was filed in this court on June 4, 2007, and that by reason of the order for publication entered by this court on June 12, 2007, you are hereby commanded and required to file with the clerk of said court to serve upon Lance J.
