Grand opening of Flat Creek Lodge Dairy was held Saturday, June 9. A country picnic was held on the grounds of Flat Creek Lodge. The micro-dairy, only the second of its kind in the state of Georgia, will be using the milk of its Jersey cows to make artisan cheeses. More...
