SECRD to hold golf and tennis registration Swainsboro-Emanuel County Recreation Department will hold registration for instructional golf May 21 through May 25 and registration for tennis May 21 through June 1 at the Recreation Department, 632 McLeod Bridge Road, Swainsboro. Registration hours are 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Registration fee is $20. Golf: Boys and girls ages 7 to 14. Tennis: Boys and girls ages 7 to 18. The week long Tennis Clinic will be held June 18-22 and June 25-29. Classes will be held in the mornings at Harmon Park Tennis Courts and will be grouped according to ability level. Instructor will be Billy Sasser. The Recreation Department will also begin taking registration for summer day camp on May 21. Day Camp is for boys and girls, ages 6 to 12. Day camp will begin in June. For information, contact the Recreation Department at 237-8098.
