In memory of Reid
A concrete bench was recently purchased and placed on the Emanuel County Institute campus by the Family and Consumer Science Club in memory of Reid Webb. Reid was killed in a car accident last June and would have been a senior at Emanuel County Institute this year. The club started in the fall with candy apple sales to raise money for the project. The bench was placed in front of the school sign at the entrance of the high school, alongside the bench for Candace Cannady, another classmate who was also killed in a car accident almost two years ago.
