Sheriff's Report Emanuel County Sheriff's deputies reported the following cases: April 19 James Richard Faircloth, 23, Allen St., Fowler Trailer Park, Swainsboro was arrested for burglary. April 23 A Buckwill Dr. woman reported a man, who was identified, threatened to shoot her with his gun. Suspect also said he had burned down the Golden Aces Club because victim went there without him. Suspect's vehicle was impounded and the state fire marshal is investigating suspect. April 24 A Bird Flanders Rd. woman reported she was bitten by a dog. Alvin Spence, 749 Wadley Coleman Lake Rd., Midville, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Aman driving on Hwy. 1 N. reported gravel flew up from a dump truck and damaged his windshield. April 25 Deputy was alerted to a reckless driver at KT's. Arrested was Clay Caraway. Suspect was wanted in Johnson County. An Oak Grove Church Rd. woman reported someone in Connecticut had stolen her identity and obtained a credit card. Employee of City of Oak Park reported a man, who was identified, had backed his vehicle into a chain link fence and caused $1,000 in damage. Employee at Food Chief in Adrian reported someone pumped $20 in gas and did not pay. April 26 A man driving on Mc- Garrh Mill Pond Rd. reported hitting a deer. ASoperton man reported a woman, who was identified who owns a business in Oak Park, gave him a check that could not be cashed due to insufficient funds. April 27 An Oak Grove Church Rd. man reported his exfiancé refuses to return a diamond ring and wedding band. A Hwy. 56 W. man reported someone broke into his home. A Griffin man reported his ex-wife on S. Old Reidsville, Twin City has refused to let him have his children according to the divorce decree. April 28 A Red Oak Rd. woman reported a prowler in front of her bedroom window. Employee at Crafts Country Store reported someone pumped $15 in gas and did not pay. A woman driving on Hwy. 1 S. reported hitting a deer. A Bell St. man reported a man, who was identified, is threatening to hurt him and his family. A Strong Lane, Midville woman reported three people, who were identified, have been threatening her. April 29 A woman at M&F Mobile Home Park reported a man, who was identified, is harassing her. A man on Brown St. reported being bitten by a dog. A Glenwood Dr. woman reported a woman, who was identified, was trespassing. April 30 A man driving on Stanley Grove Church Rd. reported he swerved to avoid a deer and struck a tree, causing extensive damage to the vehicle.
