PUBLIC HEARING The Emanuel County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on April 16, 2007 at 7:00 PM, into the merits of an application filed by Mr. Thomas E. Sconyers at 272 Odomville Church Road, Adrian, Georgia, requesting that a variance to the Emanuel County Subdivision Ordinance be granted allowing a division of property with less road frontage as required by the Emanuel County Subdivision Ordinance. The hearing will be held in the meeting room of the Emanuel County Board of Commissioners, 101 North Main Street, Swainsboro, Georgia 30401. The public is further notified that anyone wishing to object to the granting of this variance is required to notify the Emanuel County Commissioner's Office prior to the meeting date in writing or either appear in person at the scheduled hearing.
