Jennifer Dawn Lamm, 30

METTER--Funeral for Jennifer Dawn Lamm, age 30, was held Sunday, April 1 at 3 p.m., at Morgan Family Funeral Home. Burial was in Shepherd H. Findley Cemetery in Emanuel County. She died Friday morning, March 30, 2007 at East Central Hospital in Gracewood.

Ms. Lamm was Richmond County native and lived most of her life in Clarke and Richmond Counties. She was a graduate of Gracewood School, and was of the Baptist faith. She loved jewelry, getting dressed up and her He was preceded in death by a daughter, Yolanda Nelson and a son, Dennis Harmon.

Survivors include his wife, Marie Jordan of Swainsboro; five daughters, Etta Jordan and Teresa Harmon of Swainsboro; Jewell Strobridge of Hazlehurst; Samantha Morris of Columbus, Miss.; and Diane Forman of Metter; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Pallbearers were Audrey Merrion, James Edward, Robert Strobridge, Derrick Rainey, Andre Henry and Bud Holmes.

Mosley's Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.

Survivors include her brother and sister-in-law, David and Michelle Lamm of Metter; three nieces, Caitlin, Kirsten, and Carolina Lamm; paternal grandmother, Belva Lamm of Kenly, N.C.; and a great Aunt, Wyolyn Heath of Vidalia.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances can be made to United Cerebral Palsy, 1660 L Street, NW, Suite 700, Washington, DC 20036.

The COBBTOWN--Funeral Rev. William Eason, 75

for Rev. William Eason, 75, was held Saturday, March 31, 2007 at Wilcox Auditorium in Metter. Burial was in Eden Cemetery in Aline. He died Monday, March 26, 2007 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro.

Rev. Eason was a Tattnall County native and a graduate of Candler County Training School. He received his B.S. in elementary education from Albany State College. He later earned a Master's in Education from Florida A&M University. He coached basketball and taught in Tattnall County and served as assistant principal and principal in Emanuel County. He retired in 1988 after an 30- year career. He was a member of St. Luke AME in Metter. He was called to the ministry in 1978. as a pastor, he served in the Old Georgia Conference, Augusta Georgia Conference and South Conference. He pastored in the Cobbtown, Reidsville, Davisboro, Mt. Moriah and Lyons circuits. He was a member of Candler County Community Ministerial Association, Phi Sigma Fraternity Inc., Georgia Retired Teachers Association, East Collins Community Center, NAACP and American Legion Post #313. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Geneva Washington.

Survivors include his wife, Dorethea Eason of Cobbtown; three sons, Rev. William L. Eason Sr. (Rosalyn) of Savannah; Rev. Gregory Eason Sr. (Linda) of Atlanta; and Nolan Eason of Cobbtown; two daughters, Pamela Eason-Hobbs (Booker T.) of Cobbtown; and Dr. Felicia Eason- Forbes (Donald) of Gaithersburg, Md.; two stepchildren, Annette Bobbitt of Lyons; and Joseph Bobbitt (Felicia) of Boston, Mass.; seven grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, two step-greatgrandchildren, seven sisters-in-law and six brothers-in-law.
