Police Report Swainsboro police officers reported the following cases: Jan. 29 Employee of Emanuel County reported someone had broken into Varner 4- H Center and stolen several items. A woman at Swainsboro High School reported she lost her cell phone. A N. Main St. man reported he believed a family member stole his prescription medication. Officer reported an open door at Temptations Restaurant at 11:30 p.m. no one was inside the building and nothing appeared missing. Jan. 31 A woman who parked her car at Wal-Mart reported someone damaged her vehicle. A Lewis St. woman reported someone damaged her vehicle. Feb. 1 A Ben St. woman reported a man, who was identified, stole her shoes from her car. Feb. 2 Employee at Verizon Wireless reported someone broke into his car and stole some items. A King Circle Dr. woman reported her husband punched her on her head. A man at Omega Club reported he lost his cell phone. Feb. 3 A Rainbow Ridge man reported a woman, who was identified, stole $200 from his wallet while he was asleep. Feb. 4 Police officer was dispatched to Omega Club and The Way at about 3 a.m. to heavy traffic in front of both buildings. Both sides of Gumlog Rd. were blocked, as well as West MLK Blvd. and McLeod Bridge Rd. Shots were reported to have been fired. A Lewis St. woman reported a man, who was identified, choked and repeatedly hit her on her arm. A man who parked his car at First Baptist Church reported someone entered the vehicle and stole a few items. Aman at Primitive Baptist Church reported someone entered his vehicle and stole several items. A Braswell Blvd. woman reported her sister and boyfriend took her car without permission. A woman who owns an apartment on N. Green St. reported the evicted tenants, who were identified, returned to the residence and vandalized it. Officer was also called to the same location to a call about a trespasser. ANorthwest St. woman reported someone entered her home and stole several items. Feb. 5 A Market St. woman reported a man, who was identified, is harassing her.
