Mixed breed puppies up for adoption
      Swainsboro-Emanuel County Animal Shelter has several adorable mixed-breed puppies up for adoption. "They are about 6-weeks-old and have been raised on a bottle," said a volunteer. To adopt a puppy, call 237-4040. A $32 adoption fee will cover cost of spaying or neutering, required by Georgia law.
