GSP reports 21 traffic accidents in December
      Georgia State Patrol at Swainsboro investigated 21 traffic accidents in Emanuel County during December 2006. These accidents resulted in 17 injuries and two deaths. Sgt. First Class J.L. Brewer said troopers from Post 19 also issued 208 traffic citations in the county for the month.
