Christmas lights, Christmas joy

Christmas joy illuminates the night at the home of Eddie and Helen Coleman on Canoochee Road, according to Keep Emanuel Beautiful Director

Joan Dunn. The large display contains several different venues, reflecting the religious and secular aspects of the holiday. “Celebrating Christmas in their traditional way with this spectacular display has special meaning to the Coleman family this year,” Dunn commented. “Mr. Coleman had open heart surgery earlier this year and the family is very pleased that he has been able to accomplish this fantastic work.” The Coleman home is located on Canoochee/Swainsboro Highway about 8 miles from GA56 in Swainsboro.

This site was discovered through the efforts of the KEB. Main Street Styles and the Garry Pittman office on West Main in Swainsboro, along with Racetrack Street between Pine and Church Streets, the Emanuel County Medical Center, and the Reynolds Johnson home on Friendly Way are also included on the list of locations with wonderful holiday decorations.
