Police Report Swainsboro police officers reported the following cases: Dec. 4 A woman in the parking lot of a local bank reported a woman, who was identified, got into an argument with her. Offender made counter report that victim made obscene gestures. A woman on New St. reported her daughter’s boyfriend hit her vehicle. A woman who parked her car at Wal-Mart reported someone damaged the vehicle. Officer reported a man, who was identified, had a check that did not belong to him. Upon further investigation, officer discovered an employee at Temptations reported a check had been stolen from her purse. A woman who had her car at Joe’s Amoco reported someone broke into the vehicle and stole her amplifier and CD player. Dec. 5 A Louise St. man reported his neighbor constantly threatens him. A woman on Lewis St. reported a woman, who was identified, struck her with a metal pipe. A woman who parked at Harvey’s reported someone damaged her vehicle. Dec. 6 Employee at Easy Stop reported someone stole cash and poker machine tickets. Officer reported the alarm at Young Fashion keeps going off and not being reset. Complaints have been made by area businesses. A woman driving on S. Main St. reported she swerved to avoid a dog, hit the curb and damaged all four tires and rims. Dec. 7 A N. Racetrack St. woman reported a woman, who was identified, threatened her. A man on W. Church St. reported he was getting his car from a house on the street when a woman, whom he identified, came out of the house and stabbed him twice on the arm and lower back with a kitchen knife. Victim said suspect also punctured his car tire. AHopkins St. woman reported someone stole two storm doors and six storm windows. A Washington Ave. woman reported her cell phone is missing. A McLeod Bridge Rd. woman reported a man, who was identified, struck her on he face and kicked her. An Industrial Way woman reported she lost her cell phone. A Turner Dr. man reported someone stole his cell phone. The same man made an additional report about someone stealing an X-Box, games, diamond necklace and gold chains. A man driving on Calhoun St. reported a passing vehicle struck him and did not stop. Dec. 8 Employee at Clyde’s Mart reported someone pumped $30 in gas and did not pay. Officer was called to Jordan Estates to a case of a man, who was identified, who was violating a restraining order. Dec. 10 A woman who parked at Wal-Mart reported someone damaged her vehicle. Officer reported a shooting at Bama Club on New St. A man, who was identified, reported being shot in the back by a small caliber handgun. A man who parked at Wal-Mart reported someone damaged his vehicle. Awoman at Omega Club reported someone stole her vehicle. Dec. 11 A Gumlog Rd. woman reported someone entered her home, stuck a water hose in the house and sprayed water on the floor. Employee at Emanuel Probation Detention Center reported an unknown woman keeps calling the facility and using vulgar language.
