SHS basketball remains perfect Tuesday, Nov. 28 The Swainsboro Tigers hosted Dublin. The Tiger girls won 64-51. The top three shooters were Paige Johnson with 20 points, Tekiya Sherrod with 12 points, and Jasmine Faulkner with 10 points. The Tiger boys won 72- 57. High shooters include Tony Mitchell with 28 points, Derrick Smith with 12 points, and Neal David with 11 points. The Fighting Irish were no match for the Tigers. Friday, Dec. 1 The Tigers traveled next door to face the ECI Bulldogs. The Tiger girls beat the Bulldogs 44-30. The two high shooters were Tekiya Sherrod with 16 and Paige Johnson with 10. The Tiger boys also pulled off a win, 40-26. Jamail Turner scored 16 baskets and Neal David made 8 shots. The Tiger Varsity boys and girls are undefeated.
