Ethel P. McCullough, 85 WADLEY--Funeral for Ethel P. McCullough, 85, was held Thursday, Nov. 30, 2006 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home with Rev. Tom Harrison officiating. Burial was in Wadley Cemetery. He died Monday, Nov. 27, 2006 at Glendale Nursing Home in Wadley. Mrs. McCullough was a native of Jefferson County and was retired from Wadley Public Library. She was a member of Wadley United Methodist Church. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Pat McCullough of Wadley; two sisters, Virginia Hairr of Wadley; and Sara Grimes of Swainsboro; many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Johnny Hairr, Tony Hairr, Ricky Eskew, Lynard Smith, Kenneth Brown and Lewis Van Dyke. Smith Funeral Home of Wadley had charge of arrangements.
