Two sentenced in Superior Court Two people were sentenced in Emanuel County Superior Court Friday, Dec. 1 by Chief Judge Walter C. McMillan. Eddie Alonzo Badie negotiated pleas of guilty on the following: Sale of cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and obstruction of an officer. He was sentenced to five years concurrent with any other sentence presently serving. He must pay a $1,500 fine in 30 equal monthly installments and was remanded to the custody of the Probation Detention Center for not less than 180 nor more than 220 days. Paul Gilmore Jr. negotiated a plea of guilty on one count of forgery in the first degree and was sentenced to five years in the state penal system.
