Barrow, Altman, Stone lead in Emanuel
This morning, July 21, 13 of 14 Emanuel County voting precincts had reported voting results.
For District Attorney, Middle Circuit, Hayward Altman led Incumbent Steve Askew 1,266 to 340 in Emanuel County.
For U.S. Representative, District 12 Democratic race, Incumbent John Barrow led Regina Thomas 1,311 to 263 in Emanuel County.
For U.S. Representative, District 12 Republican race, John Stone led Ray McKinney 303 to 89 in Emanuel County, with Ben Crystal receiving 36 votes in the race.
With 96% of all precincts reporting, Altman led Askew 5,755 to 5,062.
With 98% of all precincts reporting, Democratic U.S. Representative candidate Barrow led Thomas 43,555 to 13,653. Also with 98% of all precincts reporting, Republican U.S. Representative candidate Stone led voting with 9,489. In the same race, McKinney received 5,341 and Crystal received 1,919 votes.
